Rita M. Costa, 51, of Fall River, passed away on Thursday. Wife of Joseph C. Costa, with whom she shared 29 years of marriage. Born in St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Ernest and Maria dos Anjos (Pereira) Melo. She worked at Sherle Wagner for 10 years. Survivors include a brother, Jose M. Melo of Fall River; a brother and sisters in St. Michael and several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, November 2, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
