Rita P. Lavallee, 72, of Tiverton, R.I., passed away on August 18, 2022, at Newport Hospital. Born in Southbridge, MA, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Lavallee and the late Blandine (Gaumond) Lavallee.

Besides her caregiver of many years, Robert Lee Kieffer, Jr., who was like a son to her, she is survived by three sisters, Theresa Petrilli, Emma M. Cote, and Louise Fongeallaz.

Her cremation was private. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Rita's memory to a charity of your choice.
