Robert "Bob" DeFusco, 81, of Fall River, former husband of Mary (Rodrigues) DeFusco, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017 after a long illness. Born on April 2, 1936 in Providence, Rhode Island, he was a son of the late Pasquale and Lucy (DePlacito) DeFusco. He served his country in the marines and was an upholsterer for Stateline Interiors for many years prior to his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, painting, and antiquing. Robert was a true fun-loving guy who loved spending time with his family and friends and was always there and willing to give a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He leaves his children: Patricia DeFusco-Cabral and her husband Gabe Cabral of Somerset and Robert "Bobby" DeFusco of Fall River; a sister, Marie Jordan of Tiverton, Rhode Island; a brother, Pasquale DeFusco and his wife Dolly of Warwick, Rhode Island; his niece and caretaker, Dawn Jordan; and many other nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Dorothy DeFusco. His services were private.
