Robert George Greenwood, 72, of Fall River, husband of Theresa A. (Cabral) Greenwood, passed away at home on Monday, March 21, 2022, after an illness. Born in Fall River, he was a son of Rita (Mailloux) Pacheco of Westport, and the late Harold W. Greenwood. A former teamster, he worked for many years with Roadway Trucking. A U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era, Robert was also a member of the D. A. V. Chapter 9 of Fall River and the American Legion Post 303 of Swansea. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with family.

Besides his wife, of 47 years, and his mother, he is survived by: a son, Robert G. Greenwood, Jr., (wife Tara) of Fall River; three stepsons, Michael Lauzon, John Lauzon, and Scott Lauzon all of Fall River; a sister, Louise Gosson of Fall River; 7 grandchildren, Samantha, Taylor, Jennifer, Isaiah, Joshua, Jessica, and Jakkson; and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Harold W. Greenwood, Jr., and Rose Maria Silvia.

His Funeral Service was held on Friday, March 25th, in our Fall River Chapel followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery in Fall River.
