Robert Medeiros, 66, of Somerset, passed away Wednesday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Husband of Mary Ann Medeiros. Born in Fall River, son of the late Virginio "Gene" and Laura (Bettencourt) Medeiros. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the AMVETS in Somerset and VFW in Swansea. Father of Robert Barthel, Sally Rego and the late Doreen Medeiros. Grandfather of Savannah and Sierra Rego and the late Nathaniel Robert Bordeaux. Brother of Paula Faulkner. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. His cremation was private. A memorial mass was offered on Monday (12/8) in the Church of Our Savior, 2112 County St., Rte. 138, Somerset.
