Robert D. Pavao, 43, of Fall River passed away on Saturday. Born in Fall River, Son of Richard M. Pavao of Tiverton, RI and the late Sandra (Mello) Pavao. For many years he worked at Stop & Shop Distribution Center in Assonet. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved the San Francisco 49ers. Besides his father, Robert is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Miranda of Fall River; beloved nephews, Ryan Miranda, Tyler Dion and Jaden Dion; his uncle, David Pavao and wife Deborah of Warren, RI; cousins, Neil Pavao and wife Rachel of Warren and Dawn Pavao of Washington, DC. Calling hours will be on Friday at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford St., from 5-8 PM. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, December 6, at Holy Ghost Church in Tiverton, RI. Private cremation followed.
