Robin Ann (Barboza) Francis, 51 ,of Fall River, died unexpectedly on Sunday, October 21, 2007, at the Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. She was the widow of Joseph Francis. Born in New Bedford, she was a daughter of Margaret Barboza of Fall River and the late Gary DeCosta. In addition to her mother, family members include two daughters, Francine Witt and Jennifer Francis, both of Fall River, five brothers, Paul Barboza of Fall River, Robert Barboza of Tiverton, RI, Glenn Barboza, David De Costa, and Demetrius Marsden, all of Fall River, three sisters, Paula Barboza, Linda Gagnon Barboza and Valerie Dash, all of Fall River, four grandchildren, Trevor Witt, Ebony Witt, Austyn Relvinha, and Silas Stevens, and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Richard Barboza and the late Byron Barboza. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday (10/26) in St Anthony of Padua Church with committal services following at Oak Grove Cemetery. Celebrant was Father Brian Albino. Her pallbearers were Robert Rivera, Jr., Collin R. Barboza, Myles D. Leary, Paul Barboza,Jr., Gregory Witt and Mario Relvinha.
