VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Rosa B.Cabral, 92, a resident of Southpointe Nursing Center, formerly of Stafford Rd., passed away on Saturday surrounded by her loving family. Widow of Antone Cabral. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Ferreira Cabral) Rego Baldaia. A Licensed Practical Nurse, she worked for a short while in the nursery at the former Truesdale Hospital. She then worked as a seamstress at the former Kravif Mfg. Co. until she retired in 1978. An avid Red Sox fan, Rosa enjoyed game shows, knitting, crocheting and spending time with her family. Mother of Elizabeth Medeiros (husband-Louis), Wayne Cabral (wife-Mary), Bruce Cabral (wife-Donna), Stephen Cabral and the late Michael J. Cabral; mother-in-law of Sandra Axelrod Cabral; grandmother of Jared Medeiros, Rebecca Moles, Scott and Jonathan Cabral and Stephen Cabral, Jr.; great-grandmother ("Nana") of Abigail and Brady Cabral; sister of Dorothy Souza, Georgianna Dyl and the late Arthur, Norbert, Joseph and Michael Baldaia, Alice Pereira and Olive Baldaia. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was offered on Wednesday (5/13) at Holy Trinity Parish Church. Committal services followed at ent Notre Dame Cemetery. Her pallbearers were Scott and Jonathan Cabral, Jared Medeiros, Rob Moles, Ken and Paul Sousa. Donations in her memory may be sent to Sourthpointe Activities Fund, 100 Amity St., Fall River 02721
