Rosemarie
Miranda
d. Dec 26, 2025
Rosemarie Miranda, a lifelong resident of Fall River passed away after she fought a courageous battle with complications due to cancer, until she began her new journey entering into paradise where she will no longer have to fight but just be enveloped in peace and unconditional love.
Rosemarie touched the lives and hearts of many who will forever remember her kindness, loving nature, and vivacious personality which she so radiantly displayed through her beautiful smile. Rosemarie loved to dance and spend time with all her friends spreading her cheer and love wherever and whenever she could. She loved traveling and exploring new adventures on day trips with her Best Friend Susana Pacheco who she would recently refer to as her "earth angel" and then they would wrap up the night with her favorite cocktail, an espresso martini. She was always deeply committed to her faith and very Thankful for all the blessings the Lord bestowed upon her during her lifetime and took none of it or anyone who crossed her path for granted.
She was the daughter of Manuel and Maria Viveiros of St. Michael Azores and longtime residents of Fall River. Rosemarie is survived by her three children, Susan Teixeira and her husband John, Brian Miranda and his partner Tanya Sousa, and Sonya Miranda and her partner Robert Correia. 6 granddaughters: Scarlett Teixeira, Stella Teixeira, Sofia Teixeira, Alexis Miranda, Elyse Miranda, and Myah Corriea.
She also leaves her beloved siblings, her brother Manuel (Manny) Viveiros, Jr. and his wife Cecilia, her sister Diane Aguiar and her husband Steve and her nieces Julia and Ava Aguiar, Melissa Vieira and her nephew Ryan Viveiros, cousins and extended family members.
Following a private cremation, Her Memorial Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, January 13th, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal and interment of her cremains at Notre Dame Cemetery.
