Shirley M. Pacheco, 80, of Fall River, wife of Peter Pacheco, died Saturday 5/25/13 at Charlton Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Telesphore & Cora (Christopher) Brochu, she was a lifelong resident. Besides her husband of 62 years, she leaves: 3 children, David J. Pacheco (wife Jane) of Woodbridge, VA, Peter A. Pacheco (wife Cheryl) Pacheco of Wellington, FL, Michael F. Pacheco (wife Lee) of New Bedford; a sister, Delores Schneider of Glenbeulah, WI; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. She was also sister of the late Maureen Brochu, and grandmother of the late Peter Wayne Pacheco. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, May 31, in Holy Name Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
