Sonia M. Pixley, age 43, of Fall River, passed away Friday after a 20 month battle with leukemia. Wife of Guy Pixley. Born in Brazil, daughter of Jacomo and Tereza (Costa) Menegaro. Dedicated mother of Sophia and Gabriella. Sister of Marina Cardozo (husband-Bal), Marcio Menegaro, Neusa Sylvia (husband-Eric) and Sidnei Menegaro. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service was held on January 17th at Calvary Temple. She was laid to rest at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
