Steven Aguiar, age 37, of Laconia, New Hampshire, passed away at home Sunday, October 26, 2014. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Manuel Aguiar and the late Ana M. Viveiros. A graduate of Winnisquam High School in Tilton, NH, he was employed at Asphaltics Paving Corp in New Hampshire. Surviving family members include two sons; Gaussi and Mateo (and their mother Rebecca Krietzer) of Laconia, two brothers; Robert Aguiar (wife Hsiu) of Laconia, and Michael Aguiar (fiancée Rachel Gomes) of Manchester, NH, his step-father, James Bourque of Laconia, his grandmother, Leonor (Costa) Viveiros and grandson of the late Guilherme Viveiros. of Fall River, MA, an uncle, Manny W. Viveiros (wife Donna) of Westport, MA, four aunts; Natalia Fernandes (husband Isidro) of Fall River, Goretti Medeiros (husband Carlos)of Westport, Lucy Fernandes (husband Jorge) and Helen Leite (husband Herb), both of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, a niece, Emily Aguiar, two nephews; Anthony Aguiar and Josef Aguiar, and many cousins. He was also the grandson of the late Guilherme Viveiros. Funeral Services were private. Following a Funeral Mass, offered at Holy Cross Chapel on Pulaski Street, Steven was laid to rest with his mother at Notre Dame Cemetery on Stafford Road in Fall River.
