Susan (Pereira) Alves, of Fall River, passed away on July 7, 2017 at the age of 61. She was the wife of Paul Alves.  Susan was born in Fall River, and was the only daughter of Lillian (Aguiar) Pereira and the late Roland Pereira. She was the mother of Christopher Alves and his wife Kaitlin (Leddy) Alves of Rumford, Rhode Island and was the   grandmother of Charlotte Alves and Kolette Alves. Susan was the niece of Leonard Pereira. Mrs. Alves was a model employee of Verizon for twenty seven years, prior to her retirement. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, July 13th, in St. Mary's Cathedral.
