Theodore "Teddy" I. Cabral, 77, of Somerset passed away Saturday unexpectedly. Husband of Lorraine (Senechal) Cabral to whom he was married for 52 years. Born in Fall River, son of the late Luiz and Maria Cabral. He served in the US Army and was employed by the former Superior Glass for over 40 years. A past president of Local #1333 Glazer's Union, he also served as an apprenticeship trainer and on the executive board and was also a member of the Portuguese American War Veterans Assoc. He loved traveling and spending time with his grandchildren. Beloved father of Louis (wife-Luce) and Jeffrey (wife Helen) Cabral, Dawn Johnson (husband – Larry) and April Polimeni (husband – Robert); grandfather of Danny, Ryan, Michaela and Shannon Cabral, Eric, Evan and Sam Johnson, Emma and Adam Polimeni; great grandfather of Mackenzie; brother of Louis and Dennis Cabral (wife-Barbara), Zulmira and Lydia Medeiros and the late Teresa Cabral and Virginia Banville. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. His funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Thomas More Church. He was laid to rest in Nathan Slade Cemetery.
