Thomas "Tommy" Halpen age 62, passed away on October 12, 2024. He leaves behind his Mom, Judy Halpen; sisters, nieces, nephews, grand-niece, grand-nephews and many other family members and friends, to reunite with his late brother for eternity in Heaven.

His Funeral arrangements were private.
