Thomas J. Tobin, 69, of Ocean Grove Ave., Swansea, passed away Tuesday after a brief illness. Born in Fall River, son of the late Paul and Adele Claire Tobin. He worked for the Town of Swansea Public Works Dept. for several years. Beloved father of Thomas (wife-Judy), Joseph (wife-Dawn), Jeffrey (fiancée-Paula Moniz ) and Shawn Tobin (fiancée-Tracey Freitas; grandfather of Thomas, Ryan, Brittney, Joseph and Jared Tobin; great grandfather of Keegan; brother of Paul Tobin and the late James Tobin. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. Following his cremation, his family received guests at our Somerset chapel on February 2, to celebrate Tom's life.
