Ursula D. deViveiros, 86, of Fall River, widow of Jose deViveiros, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020, at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Santa Barbara, St. Michael, Azores, a daughter of the late Jose Guiomar and the late Antonia do Carmo (Arruda) Guiomar, she emigrated to Fall River in 1974.

She had worked in the local textile industry for many years, retiring from the former Woodland Manufacturing in 1999. She enjoyed watching Portuguese soap operas, and baking sweetbread, rice pudding and biscoitos for her family.

She is survived by: two children, Maria Estacio (husband Evaristo) of Westport and Joseph Viveiros (wife Ana) of Fall River; four siblings, Jose Guiomar and Luis Guiomar both of Toronto, Canada, Branca Homen and Ana Farias both of Montreal, Canada; three grandchildren, Nancy Cabral, Scott Estacio, and Joshua Viveiros; two great grandsons, Ethan and Liam Cabral; several nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Joao Guiomar, Antonio Guiomar, Isabel Tavares, and Maria Costa.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, December 3rd, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal and entombment at the Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.
