Victor Manuel Rezendes, 72, of Fall River, husband of the late Maria Alda (Branco) Rezendes, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Born in Ponta Delgada, St. Michael, Azores, a son of the late David and Laurinda (Morgado) Rezendes, he emigrated to Fall River in 1961. In the flooring business for many years, he was the proprietor of VR Installations.

He is survived by: two sons, Robert Rezendes (wife Michele) of Westport and Christopher Rezendes (fiancée Elizabeth) of Fall River; four siblings, Carlos Rezendes (wife Margarida) of Tiverton, RI, Fatima Damaso (husband Gaudino) of Fall River, Lucy Cabral (husband Tony) of Fall River, and Laura Teves (husband John) of Westport; one grandson, Austin; and many nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late Linda Marie Rezendes.

His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, January 24th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
