William R. "Billy King" Brouillard, 91, of Fall River, formerly of Bank St, died Monday 10/28/13 at Fall River Jewish Home. Born in Fall River, son of the late Arthur & Mary Emma (Fobert) Brouillard, he had served in the Civilian Conservation Corps during the early 1940s, was a co-owner of Hub Billiards, and a longtime member of St John's Athletic Club. He leaves: 6 children, James Brouillard (wife Jeannie), Richard Brouillard, Kathleen Janelle (husband Doug), William Brouillard Jr (wife Gail), Linda Parsons (husband Paul) & Robert Brouillard; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & great-nieces/nephews. He was also predeceased by several siblings. His funeral arrangements were private.
