William F. Pacheco, 96, formerly of Wall St., passed away Saturday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Widow of Mary (Caroselli) Pacheco. Born in Fall River, son of the late John and Maria (M. Franco) Frank Pacheco. An Army Veteran of World War II, he had his own TV shop for a short time called Highland TV. Bill worked for many years as a printer for the former Puritan Stores and delivered flowers for Buffington Florist. Always active in the Italian community, he was associated with many of their clubs and societies, especially the Sons of Italy, Loggia Vittorio Veneto #1035 where he served in many capacities. He also served on the Columbus Day Celebration Committee for many years. He is survived by nieces and nephews: Robert I. Miller, Judith Anne Wilken, James Bernard and Ernest A. Caroselli. He was also companion of the late Gladys Taylor, brother of the late Manuel Frank, John Pacheco, Mary Aragao and Anna Miller and uncle of the late Jo-Ann Bernard, Edward Aragao, Marjorie Rezendes, Alice Stribling, Eleanor Teachman and Irene Silva. His funeral Mass was celebrated in Holy Rosary Church. He was laid to rest atSt. Patrick Cemetery. In his memory, donations may be made to Catholic Memorial Home, 2446 Highland Ave., Fall River
