William K. William, 92, of Fall River, husband of the late Mildred (Hanson) William, passed away peacefully December 8, 2018 . Born in Fall River, a son of the late Kareem and Lamia (Shaker) William, he was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during WWII. After WWII, he worked for many years as a welder for the state of Massachusetts' Department of Public Works. He even welded on the Braga Bridge. Mr. William was a member of the Lebanese-American Veterans' Club, Over the Hill Gang, and the Retired State and Municipal Employee Association. He is survived by: his daughter, Joyce Autote (husband-Paul) of Tiverton,3 grandchildren, Jeffrey Autote (wife-Sherri Correia), Brian Autote, and Daniel Autote (wife-Jessica McCauley) and a great granddaughter Kora Grace Autote.  He was the brother of the late Camille William, James William, Ernest William, Rose Oliveira, and Isabel Medeiros. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, December 13th, in St. Anthony of the Desert Church followed by his committal with Military Honors at St Patrick Cemetery.
